چکیده

In this work, a method for directly measuring target velocity in three dimensions using dual axis correlation interferometric radar is presented. Recent advances have shown that the measurement of target's angular possible by correlating signals measured at spatially diverse aperture locations. By utilizing multiple orthogonal baselines and conventional Doppler methods to obtain radial velocity, full three-dimensional vector can be obtained only receive antennas single transmitter, without need tracking. A $\text{41.8 GHz}$ with $7.26\lambda$ antenna baseline presented along measurements moving parallel plane array, components both tangential velocity. These experiments achieved total root-mean-square errors $\text{41.01 mm}\cdot\text{s}^{-1}$ ($10.5\%$) $\text{45.07 ($13.5\%$) motion relative array; estimated trajectory angle RMSEs $10.42^\circ$ $5.11^\circ$ were each experiment respectively.

Terahertz Imaging, Millimeter-wave Radar

The millimeter wave (MMW) band of frequencies extends from 30 GHz to 300 GHz, with some fuzziness on both ends of this spectrum. The terahertz (THz) band extends from about 200 GHz to about 30 THz, despite the fact that the lower frequencies in this range are not strictly 10 Hz or higher. These bands are also variously called submillimeter, far-infrared, and near-millimeter. In recent years, th...

Interferometric inverse synthetic aperture radar experiment using an interferometric linear frequency modulated continuous wave millimetre-wave radar

An interferometric linear frequency modulated continuous wave (LFMCW) millimetre-wave radar is presented, along with the results of an experiment conducted to srudy the feasibility of using it in a ñirure millimetre-wave interferometric inverse synthetic aperture radar (InISAR) system. First, a description of the radar is given. Then, the signal processing chain is described, with special atten...

Speckle-based three-dimensional velocity measurement using spatial filtering velocimetry.

We present an optical method for measuring the real-time three-dimensional (3D) translational velocity of a diffusely scattering rigid object observed through an imaging system. The method is based on a combination of the motion of random speckle patterns and regular fringe patterns. The speckle pattern is formed in the observation plane of the imaging system due to reflection from an area of t...

A Review of the Three-dimensional Field Displacement Retrieval Methods Using Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar Observations (InSAR) With Emphasis on the Precision of Each of these Methods

Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) technology provides a useful tool for quantitatively measuring the deformation of the earth, influenced by natural factors (earthquake, subsidence, and landslide) and human factors (construction of structures, drilling, and the overexploitation of underground water aquifers). In this context, time-series analysis of radar images allows the monito...
